Is it just me or are you spotting a trend here? And we wonder how I got to be 70 pounds overweight? Hmmmmmmmm…

Favorite super easy pudding recipe. Don’t buy that instant stuff. YUCK.
Old Fashioned Chocolate Pudding
*from 365 Great 20 Minute Recipes
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 1/2 tbs cornstarch
1/8 tsp salt
2 cups milk
1 tbs butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
- In a heavy medium saucepan, whisk sugar with cocoa, cornstarch and salt. Gradually add 1 cup milk, whisking until mixture is smooth. Stir in remaining milk
- Bring to boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, about 2 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring until mixture is smooth and thick, another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add butter, stirring until melted, and stir in vanilla.
- Pour pudding into 4 dessert dishes or baked pie crust. Refrigerate at least 10 minutes. Serve warm or chilled.
